TOTD – August 1, 2012

Since it’s the beginning of a new month, I just thought I’d ask: How are the goals you set at the beginning of the year doing?

If the statistics are correct, more than half of the people reading this have already quit on their resolutions. For those still working on hitting their goals, congratulations, you’re part of the small percentage of people who stick to their commitments.

As for those of you who have already quit, who says you need to continue with your decision to quit? If you’ve gotten off track, all you have to do is get back on track. How? Just decide to. When you wake up each day, you get to make another decision of whether or not to work on your goals. Just because you decided to not work on your goals for the past 3 or 5 months, it doesn’t mean you can’t make a different decision today.

So what’s it going to be today? Are you going to decide not to work on your goals again or will you make a different decision and decide that there’s no better time than RIGHT NOW to turn things around?
