Hi,
I’m Kevin and I’m grateful that you were somehow curious enough to come to this page to learn more about me. So without anymore delay, let me tell you a little bit about myself and why I created this website.
I believe that one small decision can have the power to change the entire course of your life. The next person you stand in line with at the bank, the next movie you see, book you read, song you hear, site you visit, job you take, can alter your life forever.
For me, it was a decision to take a summer job as a door-to-door sales person. Now, I must first tell you that door-to-door sales is not exactly the easiest job in the world, especially for an introvert like myself. Going through school, I was always the shyest kid in class. I was always deathly afraid of public speaking and by the time I got into high school, I “realized” at the time that life was really depressing. Not exactly the perfect candidate for a sales job.
Now, I wasn’t one of those “emo” kids at school, on the contrary, I was a pretty easy going guy with a great sense of humor. Just so you know, Jim Carrey is one of my idols. Even though that was the case, my mentality was in a bad place. Going through high school, I had the belief that life was basically pointless…
You go to school, get a degree, land a job, work for a while, get married, start a family, work some more, still working, retire when you’re 65, spend the remainder of your life trying to fight off diseases to stay alive, then finally, you die.
Now, that idea of life didn’t exactly excite me. I remember telling my friends I wished a big giant meteor would just shoot down and destroy the planet. Why? One, the thought of suicide was too lonely, and two, going out together with a big boom sounded more fun.
Talk about depressing right? Anyhow, the summer that I graduated from high school, I got a letter for a door-to-door sales position. Again, being the shy person who was deathly afraid of public speaking, I surprised myself by actually applying. To this day I’m still not sure what I was thinking that got me to apply for the job, but that one decision changed the course of my life.
I know what you’re thinking, “Ok, so you got the job and turned out to be a sales superstar, made a ton of money, and lived happily ever after right?” Not exactly, in fact, I was quite bad at that sales job. But what changed my life was the manager for my sales office. He got me interested in the field of personal development.
I never liked reading, but his enthusiasm about the subject sparked my interest. The next thing I knew, I was constantly at the library reading and soaking up book after book on personal development. I also started to constantly listen to audio programs, this was before we had CD’s. I ended up reading hundreds of books and listening to thousands of hours of audio programs since that time.
Out of that, my mentality completely changed. Now I see life as an incredible journey, one that is full of possibility and excitement. I wanted to be able to inspire others just like how my manager at that job inspired me. I developed my self confidence and ended up doing dozens of motivational speeches. It is such a great feeling to have someone come up to me and tell me that my speech inspired them to become more and do more in life.
So this is my goal for this website: To provide tools that will help inspire, motivate, and keep people focused on achieving their dreams. Why? Because setting goals and dreams is the easy part. Starting is the hard part, but continuing even in the face of constant difficulties is the biggest challenge of them all.
We all know that in life, there will be many challenges. We all face them. Some challenges will make you stronger, some will bring you to your knees, and all have the potential to make you grow. It’s your decision to either use challenges to become better, or use them as “valid” excuses to give up.
I lost my father a few years ago to cancer, he had just turned 50. We found out only 3 months earlier that he was diagnosed with cancer. It was the hardest challenge I ever had to go through. I could’ve easily seen that event as completely unfair and just become bitter about life, but instead I have used that event to become stronger and more determined to make a positive impact on this world. Life is fragile so we’ve got to make the best of it while we still can.
I’m sure you’ve been asked, “What would you do if you only had one day to live?” This question never made sense to me since I’d imagine that for most of us, it would be one depressing day filled with a lot of crying and cursing.
Now if you had 3 months to live, that’s a different story. You can create a meaningful bond with your kids if you haven’t ever done so. You can make them feel proud of who they are. You can get your loved ones to understand that your love for them will never cease to exist. You can inspire them to dream big and live life with a meaningful purpose. If you’ve never told your loved ones you love them, especially because ever since they passed a certain age it just became “uncool”, you can tell them, and they will never forget that moment for as long as they live.
What would you do if you had 3 months to live?
So, I will do my best to give you the best tools to help inspire and motivate you. I welcome any suggestions and tools you may feel will be beneficial to others as well. Thank you for visiting and remember to…
Love Life. Do Good. Live Well.

amazing man…happy for you 🙂 all the very best…stay the same 🙂
I’m always trying to improve myself so although I won’t stay the same, my purpose in helping others will. 🙂
Thanks for this inspiring story
Beautiful story! I have a similar one. I came across your site, as some would say, quite by accident! But you and I know there are none! Keep on and share your love! It’s so great to see a young person with this mindset!
Thanks for stopping by, Mary. I’m glad you’re finding the site useful!
Just what I needed to be led to. As the lowest in my organisation I have been asked to pull together a large and somewhat reluctant group but nothing is impossible;-)
Kevin, your words are full of POWER and LIFE, and more people need to know what you know! That’s why your site is so CRITICAL for the consciousness shift that humanity is experiencing.
I’m in the same field, and just launched my site for the same purposes. Your detailed story has inspired me to write out my story as well for the world to see. Only those who PERSIST in the direction toward their dreams will ever experience them.
Thanks for being a PILLAR of strength and enlightenment for the world to benefit from.

Hi Kevin, I just stumbled upon your site through a post on facebook, thats what led me here.
I am a true believer of how we meet people, find sites, see signs that can change our lives.
I am so pleased to read your page which is in essence “real”
Welcome to my site, Raquel. I hope you find a lot of value on here.
Thank you!!!
Kevin, sir, ur words can help people in uplifting themselves in life..because it makes one feel that one’s adversities n d capabilities to overcome those r not different from that of successful people.thinking about the one man task that u r undertaking with a selfless motive itself makes me feel happy.its close to the concept of universal brotherhood.Thank u for this great effort.
You’re welcome 🙂
It’s funny.. I feel that way now.. I really don’t see the point in life..as you said, you get a degree to get a job, then slave at the job and finally try to fight disease with the money you made and then die..I feel like we try to convince ourselves that there’s more to it.. But at the end of the day, if you look around, isn’t this what life really is?
I believe life is what you make it out to be, what you focus on and give attention to. See life as pointless and it will become pointless. See it as an adventure and it will become an adventure.
A great quote from Wayne Dyer: “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”
Life became a lot brighter once I chose to look for its brightness rather than its darkness.
Thank you for ur words!
They are really inspiring. Me and a friend of mine have the same idea of the motivational site (though, we are from Belarus and write for russiand and belarussian audience).
Such sites like yours make people at least think, that they should change smth in their life. Maybe someday they will discover that they should do, not just think it over.
Take care and have great inspiration for life.
Thanks, Mary, same to you.
looking for some motivation, to get some things done that I think are inporten at this time in life.i would love to be thinking happy thoughts instead of be depressed. I know I should be thankful for what I have, and not what I don’t. I will read on as I look forward to understanding more of what you r saying. charles
I hope you find something on this site that will help you out.
I just read your page 03-09-15 and it is very inspiring and up lifting. I love the Quoets and would love to have a book of them for family and friends.
Will they be published in the future?
A positive quote I came to understand the other day, ‘by taking small steps now, I will be able to take the big steps later’ take it as you wish. Great site btw. Thank you
Great quote indeed! I’m glad you like my site 🙂
Thanks for sharing and definitely waiting for more! 🙂

Your words are spirit-lifter and inspiring. I was sad, frustrated, lost in darkness with no sense of purpose. While browsing the internet, my right eye caught a glimpse of a small clock with the caption “life is too short”. Oh, I’m so glad I clicked it. You just made my day and help me see the light at the end of the dark tunnel. Thanks
You’re welcome and thanks for the kind words, Ann! You made my day as well 🙂
Good stuff! Keep fighting the good fight!
