If there’s one thing that each of us wants more of, it’s happiness. Whether we want to travel the world or raise a family or make a million dollars, the main reason behind it all is to increase our level of happiness. Unfortunately, getting what you want doesn’t always lead to happiness, at least not for any long period of time. I’m sure you have things right now that you once wanted really badly but now, you don’t think about it all that much like the house you live in or the car you drive.
The key to happiness has been talked about by many successful people and what it comes down to is this: Gratitude.
Take a few minutes each night or morning to think about the things you’re grateful for in your life. If you can’t think of anything, imagine not having the ability to see, or walk, or speak, or not having a house over your head, or a bed to sleep on, or internet connection.
When you are grateful for what you have, life tends to give you even more things to be grateful for, further increasing your level of happiness. The opposite is also true.

Very true brother! I recently was feeling sort of “down” about things temporarily. Poor me, I had injured by back a couple years ago and have had some challenges and restrictions, however, after seeing NO ARMS, NO LEGS, NO WORRIES video with Nick, seeing this little DUDE without any arms or legs and he lives with MORE ENTHUSIASM than I had been living! Wow…………..WAKE UP CALL.
Now, I am grateful and more appreciative what I CAN DO. No excuses. Make it happen…………………………….Stay Strong and Lead!
Great attitude Greg. Yeah, Nick is awesome. It’s good to be reminded that no matter how bad we have it, chances are, there are TONS of people who would do anything to trade places with us.
