Great quote to begin with. Habits are in fact the difference between those who fail and those that are successful. Understanding why habits form is important in developing those good habits that will help us achieve our goals because understanding why things work gives us the power to change ourselves. Self reliance is paramount in our success and finding out why things work is a great place to start. This article does a great job in developing the understanding that those habits create effects that produce a desired result that in turn produces a desired feeling. Also a great job on the tips to make what can be an arduous habit such as running and associating it with the positive feelings of what it will be like after a month of that exercise. You’ll feel good and have more energy. Which is why we want to develop this good habit in the first place. Great article, and I look forward to part II.
